Known Guide
With the latest advancements in technology, you would think that knowing your consumer would be easier than ever. But it’s somehow more confusing.
Internally, your organization might be slow to approve new tools or roll out AI policies, but you still feel pressure to get insights faster without losing an ounce of quality.
Externally, a new “AI-powered” tool is rolled out every day, and it’s tough to understand what they do and how and when you should use them. Not to mention, are they even secure?
We created the Known Guide to assist you in this endeavor to stay ahead of the tech curve and navigate issues like privacy, algorithmic bias in AI, quality control, etc. We vet the tools and ask the tough questions so you don’t have to.
Our goal is to make you and your team more efficient, save you money, and help you choose (and use) the best products for you.
The Known Guide is a 3-month engagement that starts with an audit of your workflow, current tech stack, and vendors. Based on findings from the audit, we will then place you on one of three tracks.
Each track consists of:
Educating (E.g. prompting workshop; case studies leveraging products on market)
Equipping (E.g. products recommendations + criteria tool)
Experimenting (E.g. working through a live project with a new tool).
The engagement can involve your full team, key people, or just you.

Known Products
Looking at the current product marketplace, you see tech companies building insights products and insights people building tech products. That’s why you’re getting (a) great results that are difficult to apply to your business and (b) great product concepts in theory, but not in practice.
We created Known Products to build tech solutions specifically for insights teams. We are combining decades of insights experience with extensive tech expertise to build custom software products that meet organizations' unique needs and SaaS products for general use. These are products built from research, for researchers – tools that are easy to use, deliver on what you need, and fit seamlessly into your workflow.
The group is made up of software engineers, UX/UI designers, AI specialists, market researchers (qual and quant), data scientists, psychologists, former client-side insights executives, etc.
The mission: build and launch products that get you closer to your customers in faster ways, all while keeping humans at the center.

Known Network
The pressure to stay on top of emerging technology is real – and overwhelming. But you’re not alone. There are many other insights leaders just like you, and the Known Network was born from your desire to know and be known by your industry peers, learn what others like you are doing, and ultimately, be better at what you do.
The network is made up of insights leaders from non-competitive brands. A membership can include as few as one person, and as many as ten of your team members. We are capping membership at 10 total organizations to keep it intimate.
We meet once a month virtually for ~1-hour for a member presentation or external speaker; once per quarter virtually for ~2-hours for a workshop based on a topic chosen by the group; and once per year IRL for multiple days. (We’re planning our first live event for early 2025.) All topics and speakers are chosen by members to make sure you’re getting what you want and need.
Membership is invite only. If you’re interested in joining, please fill out this form, and we will be in touch. If selected to join, you will be required to pay an annual membership fee. Pricing options for one person or many (for those who want team members involved) will be shared when/if selected.
